The Paso a Paso Network brings together organizations in Taos and Western Colfax Counties which serve families and children prenatal to 8 years. Network members include health, education, and social services organizations in Taos and surrounding areas. Paso a Paso bridges the gap between these organizations, allowing them to work together to bring families the best possible care when it counts the most.

Purpose

Paso a Paso Network organizations extend beyond their organizational walls to work in alliances that thrive on the shared strengths, producing changes in systems that benefit both clients and partner organizations. Paso a Paso Network partners maximize the assets they possess, understand the benefits they require, and act on opportunities to further their collective missions of building community and changing lives.

The Network’s work must fit within the conceptual model below, be mutually beneficial to partners and families and create results. Paso a Paso works in the areas of overlap within the model where the systems between sectors converge. It is in these areas where systems change meets the innovative opportunities for change that we seek. The areas of convergence produce new coordinated efforts, collaborations, and ultimately integrated systems that lead to better outcomes for children and families.
